Are there separate ticket prices for children and adults?
Yes, we have different ticket prices for children and adults. Adults are over 18.
Where should I sit?
When you order your ticket, a seat number is displayed. If in doubt, contact the theatre or venue.
How long is the show?
The whole event lasted about 1 hour and 20 minutes
Doors opened approximately 45 minutes before the performance.
The programme is as follows:
Show: approx. 25-30 min.
Intermission: 20 min.
Show: approx. 25-30 min.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
No, you are not allowed to bring food and drinks. However, we refer to our kiosk with sweets and drinks.
Can I get a refund for my tickets?
SHOWAGENT/Satellit Teatret will gladly refund your money if you cancel your purchase, but no later than 3 days before the event is to be held. Please note that we do not refund the ticket fee.
Is there room for a wheelchair?
As we rent the premises, it is up to the simple premises to be wheelchair accessible. If you are arriving in a wheelchair, please inform the theatre of your arrival so they can prepare for you.
Can I pay by card?
It is possible to pay by card at the souvenir kiosk.
